Tue 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM - Thur 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM - Sat 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM - Sun 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, in support of security-related awareness. Monitor access to the location by observing arrivals and departures, verifying authorization when required, and reporting unusual activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations. Prepare clear and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-down notes, and communicate notable conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or resident-related issues to the appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
