Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails. Solution Selling: Deeply understand customer requirements to provide "top-notch" transportation and supply chain solutions. Account Growth: Develop existing accounts to their highest potential through consistent relationship building and referral mining. Operational Partnership: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless execution and outstanding service delivery. Market Intelligence: Stay current on logistics industry trends, rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes. Service-Oriented: A genuine willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems for customers. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills - you are persuasive, confident, and appropriately aggressive in closing deals. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and modern office technology/ TMS platforms. Experience: Prior logistics, sales, operations, or customer service experience is preferred.
