Position responsibilities:- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules- Produce competitive proposals and review project budgets- Supervise field surveyors and office drafters- Ensure teams are equipped with personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols- Attend project meetings and provide QA/ QC support- Maintain compliance with survey regulations- Research property boundaries and related documents Position essential job functions:- Lead survey crews- Advanced understanding of coordinate systems and vertical datums- Proficiency in CAD software- Ability to work independently or collaboratively- Strong problem-solving skills Position skills:- Over 10 years of land surveying experience- Colorado PLS license- Strong communication skills- Motivated and detail-oriented mindset This company is privately owned with over 100 employees across seven offices in Western Colorado.
