Ocean & Drayage Reporting - Own end to end operational and financial reporting for Ocean and Drayage freight. - Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting to track spend, performance, and trends. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for freight spend. - Partner with Transportation stakeholders to explain variances, identify risks, and highlight improvement opportunities. Domestic Freight Reporting Support - Support the Senior Manager with reporting and analysis for Linehaul, Store Delivery, and Pool Point networks. - Assist with ad hoc analysis, operational metrics, and executive level reporting. Financial & Accounting Support - Support the month end financial close process, including accruals, journal entries, and GL review. - Participate in periodic financial reviews and variance analysis. - Ensure reporting aligns with US GAAP and internal accounting policies. - Lead or support budgeting and forecasting cycles. Analytics, KPIs & Dashboards - Develop, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs and performance metrics. - Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for operational and financial insights. - Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve reporting accuracy. - Leverage AI tools to provide enhanced insights. Qualifications. Technical Skills - Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, models, etc.). - SQL experience preferred; willingness to learn required. - Experience with database management, including: updating and maintaining; ensuring data accuracy and integrity - Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualization tools. Experience & Knowledge - Supply Chain or Transportation experience preferred. - 3 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience. - Familiarity with Financial reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial modeling. - Working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
