Requirements:Associate`s degree. Minimum of 3 years’ management experience leading and directly managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred. Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. Experience with managing Budget/ Pn. L, hands-on staffing, Teammate performance/hiring/firing, Operations, relationships with various stakeholders.
