The Entry-Level Quality Technician supports the Quality Assurance team by performing routine analytical and microbiological testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and aseptic standards. The technician will receive training on laboratory methods, production processes, and food safety systems while assisting with testing, inspections, and documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with monitoring food safety preventive controls and critical process parameters (e.g., thermal processing, sterilization) under supervision. Perform routine package integrity and quality checks on production lines and report findings to Quality or Production leadership. Support testing of finished products, in-process materials, and environmental samples using established procedures. Conduct pre-operational inspections, cleaning verification swabs, environmental monitoring, and allergen swabbing following training and SOP. Accurately document test results, inspections, and observations. Learn and apply GMP and GLP in all work activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory workspaces, tools, and testing equipment. Gain familiarity with production lines and process flows to help identify and communicate quality concerns. Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to promote food safety awareness and quality best practices. Education & Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field preferred. Basic knowledge of food safety principles, GM - Ps, or preferred laboratory practices; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 10104485
