Reporting Responsibilities. Retarus download, troubleshooting any discrepancies in receipts. Fax Machine data, maintain supplies. AM/ PM processing daily, troubleshooting discrepancies, learn how to identify and correct processing errors. Mopath Inventory. Client Mailing. Working with RCMSS analyst to dissect Any Doc issues to prevent creating Heat tickets. Learn how to set up scan jobs for future projects. Assist with downloading and installing Any Doc across teams. Making forms family changes & additions. Maintaining the commit workstations, making sure they are running when they need to be. Receiving & assigning work to maintaining inventory levels. Assisting/backing up other team leads. Cross training on other team leads tasks. Minimum Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience as a team or shift leader. Additional Job Standards Knowledge of Microsoft office for email, word processing and maintaining spreadsheets. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requires the ability to manage multiple tasks.
