As a HR Business Partner Manager, you will:Provide day-to-day HR partnership and coaching for mid-management leaders (Manager–Director level)Serve as lead support for escalated employee relations matters. Lead and support investigations related to employee complaints, misconduct, and retaliation. Provide performance management guidance, including corrective action and performance improvement strategies. Interpret policies and ensure fair, consistent practices aligned with legal and compliance requirements. Partner with HR Legal, Ethics, and Compliance on high-risk or complex cases. Analyze ER trends to proactively identify risks and recommend prevention strategies. If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Hardware asset management accreditation (CHAMP, CSAM and CITAD preferred or equivalent). ITIL version 3 accreditation. Bilingual is a plus. Solid Understanding of:Microsoft Office Applications. Office 365, One-Drive. Microsoft Teams. Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS a plus. Android OS, iOS - Intune. ITIL Service Management through Service Now Our Investment in You.
