This position will perform duties as a Classified Cybersecurity Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for systems located at the LM Space facility in Valley Forge PA. Key Responsibilities of this role includes:- Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.- Carry out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).- Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.- Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.- Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.- Balance competing priorities in support of customer requirements and program success.- Manage closure of vulnerabilities and audit user activities on the systems. - Experience working with ICD requirements, RMF implementation.- Experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as STIG Viewer, Nessus, and Splunk.- Experience performing; security system hardening, analysis, vulnerability management, DISA STIGs.- Experience applying ICD 503 using the JSIG or NIST 800-53 on diverse computing platforms.- Prior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) or System Administration experience.- Current certifications in Security , CCNA, CISSP, or others related to Networking and Cybersecurity.- Prior experience with Windows or Linux Operating Systems. - Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI Eligibility and Polygraph.- DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification.- Hands-on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools.- Technical familiarity with Windows or UNIX-based operating systems, and their security requirements.
