We're hiring a bilingual (Spanish/ English) Call Center Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role you'll answer inquiries, provide accurate What's in it for you? First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails/chats. Provide accurate information, quotes, and next steps based on customer needs and company guidelines. Document interactions and process requests/orders in CRM and other systems with high accuracy. Follow call flow, compliance requirements, and quality standards; meet individual and team performance metrics. Escalate complex issues appropriately and partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Call Center Representative Qualifications:1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred). Typing speed of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy. Comfortable using multiple systems at once (email, CRM, Excel/ Word/ Outlook or similar). Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a metric-driven environment.
