(Edward Jones) is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support the Senior Leaders of Market and Practice Solutions. These senior leaders shape the strategy, standards, and tools that help the field grow, transition, and operate more effectivelywithout added complexity. In this role, you will play an important part in enabling senior leadership by providing highimpact administrative and organizational support to work that elevates the advisor and branch team experience. What will you do:Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Specific responsibilities may include:Organize and prioritize incoming information and requests. Use judgment to determine how information/requests should be handled and what needs to be brought to the attention of the leader(s). Provide calendar management, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings. Handle travel arrangements, invoices, and prepare expense reports. Prepare the leader for meetings by obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, reports, and/or meetings. Attend regular crossfunctional meetings, capture key discussions, document action items, and share clear, timely summaries with stakeholders across the firm. Answer questions from a broad range of internal and external contacts. Set up procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the division. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 3 years Administrative Assistant or related experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Concur, Travel and Expense Services, and Adobe Professional. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to learn new systems with speed and efficiency. Demonstratable and excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
