The Logistics Supervisor / Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is a critical leader responsible for overseeing all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer orders and incoming receipts. This role drives operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and audits, optimizing logistics processes, and enforcing safety and quality standards. The Supervisor develops and mentors team members, ensures proper staffing, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the department. The Job: As a Sr. Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team as a hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to:Top Tier Dollar Portfolio Management. Proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product and Supply to plan new product transitions, promotional activity, network disaggregation and develop market trend analysis on product and Customer forecasts. Assist in preparation for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting. Lead or support continuous improvement projects to achieve 99% customer fill rates. Responsible for Individual Performance Metrics. Ability to analyze data and report findings. Desired Experience & Education:BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience 5 years of Supply Chain experience. Knowledge of JDA & SAP preferred. Complete understanding of manufacturing lead times. Basic financial skills.
