Responsible for Casino Operations Team Member scheduling, including direct supervision of the Table Games Scheduler. Ensures there is an analytical approach to scheduling that matches staffing levels to established metrics, ensures labor expense falls within budgeted parameters, and does so in a way that maximizes Team Member satisfaction. Develops analytics to measure gaming product performance, including slots, table games and poker revenue and utilizations. Communicates results through concise reporting to department and property leadership. Analyzes win of slot and table games product, and provides recommendations for additions, changes and removals. Manages casino operations capital spending. Plans annual purchases and evaluates ROI of prior purchases. Reviews department operating budget on monthly basis, ensuring revenue and expense trends are understood, variances identified, and finding opportunities to improve efficiency. Participates in developing Casino Operations annual capital and operating budgets. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis BRING US YOUR BEST. Must have an upbeat and positive attitude. Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests. Bachelor's degree (B. A./ B. S.) with an analytical focus from an accredited four-year college or university. Two years experience in an analytical role, some table games, slots or scheduling experience preferred. Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)Ability to prepare, understand, and analyze business strategies, Budget & P&L Statements and Business Plans. Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English. Proven problem solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies. Must possess excellent interpersonal and Team Member relations skills. Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and oral cues. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
