As an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Summer Intern at Go. Go squee. Z, you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to our dynamic marketing team. Over the course of the summer, you will assist in developing engaging product detail (PDP) pages for key e-commerce platforms, support social media campaign planning and content creation, and help tap into our Gen Z Council initiative. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in real-world projects, collaborate across teams, and build foundational skills in marketing, communications strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Website and eCommerce Management Review and update Mik. Mak and Bazaarvoice product catalogs to ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and fully optimized across key platforms. Conduct regular audits of the Go. Go squee. Z website to identify outdated content, broken links, and areas for improvement—especially on product detail and “Where to Buy” pages. Collaborate with the team to enhance the product review platform, making it easier to request reviews and highlight positive feedback on our website. Work closely with internal and external partners to maintain smooth data integration between Mik. Mak, Bazaarvoice, and the Go. Go squee. Z website, creating a seamless experience for shoppers. Learning Outcome: Our databases will be current and optimized allowing for efficient and impactful review collection, with fresh and accurate website content. These efforts will drive a stronger, more engaging shopper experience across all digital channels. 2027 Partnership Product Line — Packaging & Communication Plan Support the Go. Go squee. Z Brand Manager in developing innovative packaging concepts for the 2027 partnership product line. Assist in creating the communication strategy for the product launch, including developing key messaging and identifying the most effective channels to reach our target audience. Coordinate with creative and packaging teams to ensure that all packaging and communication materials are cohesive and aligned with our brand vision. Help facilitate the review and approval process for both packaging and communication assets, ensuring all materials meet quality and brand standards. Learning Outcome: A compelling packaging and communication plan that generates excitement and raises awareness for the Shrek product launch. Gen Alpha & Gen Z Partnership Opportunities Research and analyze brands, influencers, and creators who resonate with Gen Alpha and Gen Z audiences. Identify partnership and co-creation opportunities that reflect Go. Go squee. Z’s values and support our strategic goals. Prepare a comprehensive recommendation report that outlines top partnership ideas, explains the rationale behind each, and assesses their potential impact. Present key findings and recommendations to the marketing leadership team in a clear and engaging manner. Learning Outcome: An actionable partnership and co-creation strategy aimed at driving engagement and encouraging trial among new and emerging consumer segments. Social Media Asset Development Collaborate with the in-house social media agency to create engaging content for the July and August social media calendar. Ensure that all social assets align with current campaign themes and effectively connect with our target audiences. Review drafts of social media assets, provide constructive feedback, and help manage the approval process for timely finalization. Suggest new ideas to boost engagement and increase reach on our priority social platforms. Learning Outcome: High-quality, on-brand social content that stimulates engagement and supports campaign goals during the key summer months. Skills and Qualifications Currently a rising senior pursuing, or recently graduated with, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Previous internship or club experience in marketing is a plus. Demonstrated results-focused mindset, with specific examples of achieving goals. Strong skills in strategic thinking, creativity, planning, organization, problem-solving, and analysis. Genuine passion for understanding consumer behavior and building brands. Ability to adapt and stay agile in a fast-paced environment. Acts with a sense of ownership, taking responsibility for outcomes. Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards. Working Conditions Work is performed largely in an office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Occasional business travel may be required.
