Experience 0–1 year of experience in power distribution engineering, electrical craft work, or GIS/ CAD-related work. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations. None required. On-the-Job Training. Training includes a combination of job shadowing, classroom instruction, and interaction with experienced employees during the first year. Language Skills. Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and operational documentation. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or the business community. Mathematical Skills. Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret spreadsheets. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts. Reasoning Ability.
