Translate brand DNA and segment needs into compelling design concepts. Develop a strong emphasis on design storytelling and CMF awareness. Produce a high level of sketching and production-aware surfacing. Lead brainstorming sessions and determine how to meet latent user needs Suggest fresh ideas for concepts, materials and creations. Mentoring Jr. Industrial designers in your team YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:Required:Bachelor’s degree in industrial design (product or transport design) or a Master’s degree in the same discipline Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience designing and developing recreational vehicles, powersports or automotive. Ability to communicate in English. Strong ability to communicate ideas by sketching as well as specialized knowledge of 2 D and 3 D design software. (PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PORTFOLIO IN YOUR APPLICATION)Solid knowledge of recent trends in design, assembly systems, manufacturing processes and the transportation industry.
