Obtain insurance certificates for Ally’s loan and wholesale accounts. Administer the appraisal review process by sending completed appraisals to Ally's chosen vendor for review and communicate results to the RBC when available. Under general direction, responsible for performing complex research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to manager or project leader. Bring compliance issues and proposed solutions to the attention of manager or director. The Work Itself Obtain and review certificates of insurance for compliance by working with insurance agents, third-party vendors, and Regional Business Centers. Enhance profitability: Seek and act on opportunities to reduce operating costs. Ensure expenses are properly allocated to appropriate cost center. Adhere to company policies/procedures and escalate any matters that are not compliant. Follow departmental processes to ensure established metrics are achieved, dealer and matrix partners' expectations are met, and loss exposure is mitigated. Provide stakeholders frequent status updates and solicit feedback. Proactively work to resolve internal conflicts and develop effective working relationships. The Skills You Bring HS Diploma or equivalent required 3 years in customer service or financial services industry is needed. Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred. Knowledge of commercial insurance and flood insurance regulations a plus. Ability to perform technical based activities. Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Effective time management, follow-up, and organizational skills. Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results. Ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, etc. with Windows-based software.#DFS #LI-Hybrid
