S. or Pharm D degree State License for Pharmacist in good standing/must be maintained 2 years experience in a retail, hospital and or long term care pharmacy We are a Long Term Care Pharmacy facility serving over 32 nursing homes, assisted living centers, etc. Huge prescription volume of medications filled daily.
