Lead and support a team of spa service providers to meet guest satisfaction and professional service standards. Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of all spa staff. Oversee daily appointment flow and ensure excellent service delivery. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all spa areas. Manage inventory and submit monthly product counts and financial reports, including payroll. Coordinate new hire orientation and training on services, customer experience, and operational systems. Schedule regular continuing education with vendors/trainers to keep staff current on products and best practices. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive guest relations. Create and implement spa operating procedures with the manager. Assist with spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives. Help design new spa services and treatment offerings as needed. Provide coaching and performance feedback; participate in annual reviews and apply discipline as needed. Collaborate with other departments and assist team members to meet guest needs. Monitor certifications and professional requirements of all service providers. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a spa or hospitality environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills. Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team. Comfortable in sales and promotional activities. Able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs as required. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Exposure to spa-related chemicals, moisture, and varying indoor temperatures. Use of standard spa tools, products, and cleaning supplies.
