Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously from concept through execution, providing regular status updates and visibility to leadership. Leverage data analysis and visualization tools such as Minitab and Power BI to drive informed decision-making and track the impact of implemented changes. Champion change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices. What makes you a great fit Above all, you are a data-driven problem solver with hands-on experience in Lean, TOC, or Six Sigma methodologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence and coach others across a manufacturing organization. We would also imagine that you have: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, process engineering, quality, or continuous improvement. Technical proficiency in Lean, Theory of Constraints, and/or Six Sigma process improvement techniques. Ability to lead through influence. Project planning and management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Computer competency with Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and ERP systems. It is a plus if you also have: Lean, TOC, and/or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt). Experience with SAP ERP systems. Understanding of pump/rotating equipment principles or knowledge of international standards (HI, UL, FM, NFPA, NSF, CE, DOE). Why you will love working here We care! The salary range for this position is $72,200 - $102,165. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
