As a Data Science PM in Field Service Intelligence (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for data analysis, modeling, and forecasting. You will lead projects focused on the strategic planning of resources, skills, and tools. In this role, you will collaborate across organizational boundaries with the goal of establishing strategic and intelligent planning together with the field service organization. How You’ll Make an Impact. Drive the development of intelligent planning solutions, forming the foundation for optimized resource management and efficient headcount planning. Take full ownership of projects in the field of artificial intelligence, contributing to the optimization of interdisciplinary processes. Collaborate closely with regional teams to advance data science and AI initiatives. Promote active best practice sharing across regions, particularly regarding platforms and IT solutions. What You Bring. Degree in IT with a focus on Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience in project management, combined with strong self-motivation and willingness to learn. Several years of professional experience and technical expertise in large gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. International experience is a plus. Strong customer focus, reliability, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. About the Team. Gas Services.
