Larimer County Community Corrections is looking for a new member of their case management team! This person will provide support to the case management unit, such as providing caseload coverage, psychoeducational group coverage, and assisting with other case management duties as needed. This entry-level position will provide excellent training and experience for those interested in utilizing evidence-based practice to assist criminal justice-involved individuals in transitioning back into our community. Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing:Supervising clients directly to ensure their safety, accountability, and progress within the program. Leading case management meetings to address case plan goals and focus on criminogenic needs. Facilitating psychoeducational groups designed to support client growth within inpatient treatment programs. Providing transportation for clients to appointments, events, and other engagements as needed. Maintaining detailed and accurate records in client files to ensure compliance and effective service delivery. Completing referrals to connect clients with community programs and resources that align with their needs. What we're looking for:Organized and reliable individuals with a strong sense of responsibility. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of counseling and interviewing techniques. Experience with accurate record-keeping and reporting procedures. Experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities preferred. Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, in social or behavioral sciences, Criminal Justice, or related fields required. Related education or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Possession of, or ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications by date of hire required. Maintain continuing education hours annually or as required. Transportation Units Only: Defensive Driving Training Certification required. Benefits
