Provide access to training material for all employees during formal study-time. This Includes computer-based training, specifications, manufacturer's instructions and NGA training books. Supervise formal study time at TLC and provide technical support to employees accessing ITS, including password resets and system navigation assistance. Verify attendance of employees in e. Train and communicate the results to each department. Act as a liaison between Gas Operations employees and The Learning Center (TLC) to plan, coordinate, schedule and implement training/testing activities. Main point of contact for TLC instructors and ASTAR evaluators to troubleshoot evaluation access if not available automatically. Ensure all required tests and training courses are accurately assigned and listed in ITS prior to scheduled study or testing dates. Act as a backup to the OQ Coordinators and schedule and reschedule operator qualification training and testing for employees as well as assist with tracking Operator Qualification requirements using ITS reports. Issue reports to user groups to monitor training and compliance/goals and utilize the coaching Report to focus their studies. Manage PE Joining Project annually with Sr Specialist, overseeing daily activity at TLC. Maintain the master tracking system, testing forms, PJQ documentation, and reports for the entire population ensuring real-time accuracy and data integrity. Coordinate closely with evaluators to manage scheduling, testing workflow, and issue resolution. Create, maintain, and update Con Edison e. Learning courses within ITS, ensuring approved training materials are accessible to all employees and contractors. Maintain and update TESP documentation utilized by Training Coordinators to support training and testing alignment. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for B&S meetings, monthly staff meetings, Senior Pipeline Review meetings and Employment Development meetings. Host of Gas Ops Training monthly staff meetings and participate during monthly OQ Committee meetings and capture meeting minutes. Required Education/ Experience. High School Diploma/ GED and 5 years full time related experience or. Associate's Degree and 4 years full time related experience or. Bachelor's Degree and 2 years full time related experience Preferred Education/ Experience. Bachelor's Degree and 2 years full time related experience Relevant Work Experience General understanding of electronic management systems required. Gas Operations experience, operational experience, or administrative experience required. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to confidently interact with all levels of employees required. Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of management, union workforce, and external agencies when necessary required. Must possess an understanding and working knowledge of computer reporting and database management systems required. Experience with learning management systems such as ITS or similar systems required. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau preferred. Knowledge of Operator Qualification requirements preferred.
