Support the global compliance function, including the ethics line, compliance trainings, vendor risk program, and the compliance and governance committee. Assist on relevant sustainability trends, including the ESG rating agencies, reporting frameworks, sustainability reporting standards and disclosure legislation, and third-party sustainability requests. Support the end-to-end process of developing compliance and sustainability reports in partnership with a cross-functional team of stakeholders. This includes the processes for collecting, managing and summarizing the content for inclusion in reports, content development, editing, reviews and approvals, data collection, and report design. Track, analyze, and report on metrics in support of compliance and sustainability initiatives. Research and coordinate on philanthropic projects consistent with the company’s values;Prepare presentations and supporting materials for executive audiences. Support and develop compliance-oriented programs focused on adherence to relevant international and national laws including, but not limited to, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws, competition law, data privacy, etc. Analyze records of the company, its subsidiaries, and departments and interview management and staff to ensure effective and efficient controls and compliance with applicable agreements, laws and regulations. Perform other duties or projects as assigned. What You’ll Need (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree is required . to 3 years of relevant experience (i.e. sustainability and ESG, finance, accounting, management consulting, risk and data management). Professional certification is preferred.
