As an Analyst, Reliability, you will support maintenance strategies by analyzing reliability data and equipment performance. Your work will help improve asset reliability, reduce risk, and support safe and efficient operations.\u 00 A 0 As Part of Our Team, You Will Contribute to planning of reliability programs, projects, and improvement strategies aligned with site goals. Collaborate closely with site maintenance planners to define and monitor any new or modified strategies or tactics for their equipment. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure best practices in equipment careSupport improvement plans and follow up on global reliability standards. Monitor risks and support mitigation actions. Uphold safety standards and proactively participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and continuous improvement activities. Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role. Degree or diploma in Reliability, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline . years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance planning, or asset management in an industrial environment. Working knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and data-driven performance tracking. Familiarity with failure mode analysis,\u 00 A 0 ability to analyze data and apply basic statistical methods. Strong attention to detail, willingness to follow procedures, collaborate, ask questions, and continuously improve procedures.\u 00 A 0 Spanish language proficiency\u 00 A 0 is considered an asset, supporting collaboration with mine sites across the Americas business unit, including the Latin America region. Your Work Environment. The preferred location for candidates is\u 00 A 0 near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our\u 00 A 0 regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered. Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones. The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.
