Job Duties for General Labor / Processing Plant Packer Position: - Pack eggs into cartons, racks, pallets, or boxes based on production needs - Verify correct cartons, proper closure, and accurate labeling/printing - Place finished boxes onto designated pallets from production line - Inspect eggs, removing and replacing damaged or incorrect sizes - Remove dirty eggs for re-washing - Dispose of trash at end of each shift - Clean and sanitize work area and equipment daily - Follow all company policies and procedures - Complete additional duties as assigned by Plant Manager or as needed. Qualifications and Desired Skills for General Labor / Processing Plant Packer Position: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred - Ability to work weekends as needed - Team-oriented with ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Effective time management skills - Ability to stand for extended periods, including full shifts - Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and tasks - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly - Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, reach, and lift repetitively If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
