The Human Resources Intern will support and lead key HR operations and employee-focused initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources while partnering with team members. You’ll gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment designed to support your professional growth and development. Support day-to-day HR operations through administrative and project coordination across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and new hire orientation. Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and materials for leadership and HR initiatives. Gain exposure to core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations. Partner with the HR team and internal stakeholders to support and lead engagement activities and other HR programs. Participate in and lead other Human Resources projects as assigned. Key Performance Indicators. Handles employee questions and requests professionally, providing clear information or escalating issues appropriately while maintaining a customer-service mindset. Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and respect when dealing with sensitive employee information and workplace matters. Effectively prioritizes tasks, adapts to changing needs, and works collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Current student working towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required). Junior or Senior status is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
