United Legwear is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Stock/ Sales Support Associate to join our Ted Baker team at the Century City Bloomingdale's concession. The Stock/ Sales Support Associate will monitor the receipt, organization and storage of merchandise, ensure consistent replenishment of the sales floors, maintain accurate inventory records and support the client experience on the sales floor when necessary. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work independently, highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):People. A high level of team participation, working with integrity and respect for others. Actively drive and document your own learning to contribute to the success of the team and location. Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business in support of the team and the location. Product. Use all available Ted's trainings, tools and information to keep up to date on current product and increase awareness of the product in terms such as Called, Color, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut (The 6 C's). Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures and housekeeping standards to ensure that Ted is represented at the highest level. Support the sales/management team with maintaining visual merchandising directives. Commercial. Demonstrate all requirements of Ted's training and standards. Deliver Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist & Thank (GOTFAT) with enthusiasm when supporting the sales team on the floor. Ensure speed and efficiency are maintained when carrying out daily stockroom tasks to enhance the location's standards and success. Responsible for thorough and systematic replenishment of the sales floor and fulfilling all additional team and customer stock requests. Operations. Be proactive and complete all tasks correctly and efficiently following Company policies and procedures with an ability to work unsupervised. Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries and transfers are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Support the accurate recording and processing of stock movements in and out of the location. Maintain immaculate stockroom and back-of-house standards, to ensure the brand is represented at its highest level. Adhere to all Company health and safety procedures. Use equipment properly and report any potentially unsafe conditions to management. Adhere to all loss prevention measures and protect assets of the Company by immediately reporting any misuse or theft of Company property to the Manager. Accountable for accurate cash handling and banking procedures highlighting and resolving discrepancies as a matter of priority as outlined by your host store. Qualifications/ Requirements:Previous experience as a stock associate or in a similar role within the retail industry preferred. Ability to work independently, multi-task and remain organized in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail industry a plus.
