(Nights) Georgia-Pacific’s Mailers is a part of the Packaging and Cellulose business, the Mailers business is expanding its product lines, working with key customers to create and launch one or more new products to complement our already thriving recyclable padded mailer business. You will work both shifts on a rotating basis, which are 645 am-7 pm and 645 pm-7 am. There are days off between your night and day rotations. What is the Dupont Schedule? Click here to find out. What You’ll Do Perform visual quality inspections of finished product Ensure correct packaging materials, counts, and labels Stack product into boxes and onto skids Assist line operators with wash-ups, changeovers, and startups Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures Read and follow written and verbal job instructions Lift and move 20–25 lbs. regularly; repetitive handwork for ~80% of shift Comfortable performing housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, picking up paper around the lines, and maintaining a clean work area.
