Alternative Learning Academy Program Administrator. Township High School District 211 is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as the Program Administrator for its Alternative Learning Academy. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting diverse learners, fostering a positive school culture, and leading a team focused on individualized student success. Qualifications. Candidates must: - Hold a current Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative endorsement, or be enrolled in a program leading to endorsement by August 2026 - Meet requirements as a PERA-qualified evaluator by August 2026 Preferred Leadership Attributes. The ideal candidate will: - Provide clear, consistent leadership and direction for an alternative learning, day school program environment - Effectively supervise staff and students while cultivating a safe, supportive, and inclusive school culture - Demonstrate expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized student success plans - Work collaboratively with district and home school administrators to support students enrolled in the program - Demonstrate evidence of excellent communication skills and cultivation of meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families - Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Maintain a student-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to complex and non-traditional educational needs Application Interested candidates must complete an online application ( 211.org/employment)Salary Range$97,565 to $118,105 Benefits.
