Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems. Assist with tear-offs, roof preparation, insulation installation, membrane application, coatings, and tile systems. Operate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, including proper fall protection. Work collaboratively with crew members, foremen, and project managers. Maintain job site cleanliness and organization. Assist with material handling, staging, and job site preparation. What You Bring. Experience in commercial roofing, single ply roofing, or roof coating systems is preferred but not required. Ability to work in outdoor environments and at heights. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies. Dependable with strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Preferred Qualifications. Previous experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, tile roofing, or roof coating systems. Experience working on commercial construction sites.
