Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner - Remains up to date on all valid forms of ID, rules, & exceptions - Checks and verifies customers identification - Understands and enforces company policies - Assists in security-like duties (crowd control, assisting bands, patrolling grounds) - Helps Hospitality staff close down at end of night - Assists with facility needs to ensure a clean and safe environment - Other duties as assigned. Education/ Experience/ Skills: - Previous customer service experience preferred - Must be 18 years of age or older - Prior experience verifying ID’s - TI - Ps certification - Ability to control crowds and handle unforeseen situations with a customer first focus - Strong interpersonal, and oral communication skills and comfortable addressing diverse groups - Should have strong work ethic and willingness to support other departments as needed. Physical Requirements: - Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, and kneel - Ability to frequently talk, hear, and smell - Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 lbs - Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls - Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus - Ability to work both indoor and outdoor in seasonal temperatures - Exposed to high noise levels. Percent of Travel: 0%-10%Working Conditions: Office, Remote.
