Metro Transit’s Employee Services Division is hiring two Talent Associates to support recruitment efforts for our Mobility, Administration, Safety, Security & Quality Assurance, and Vehicle Maintenance teams. Metro Transit’s Employee Services Division (Human Resources) supports the largest department in King County through recruitment and selection, workforce planning and development, leave and disability services, HRIS data and analytics, and electronic records management. We're immensely proud that our efforts enable Metro Transit to continue meeting the mobility needs of the county's growing population. Position Info: This recruitment will be used to fill two (2) Special Duty Assignments/ Term Limited Temporary (SDA/ TLT) vacancies for an HR Associate classification. The SDA/ TLT’s are anticipated to last approximately 6 months and may be extended. In addition, this selection process may be used to generate an eligibility list for future Special Duty Assignment (SDA), Term Limited Temporary (TLT), and Career Service (CS) vacancies that may occur in these workgroups and classification. The eligibility pool list would be retained for 12 months from the posting date and may be used at the discretion of the hiring authority.
