During this Fellowship, you will support HR functions at the corporate office to ensure compliance. This position is only option to those HOH Fellowship eligible. Reporting Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote)What You'll Do Coach employees at all levels on performance, career paths and professional development Establish trust with area operational teams and help them to view HR as a resource to achieve area goals while also aligning to corporate values and policy Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, termination decisions etc. Conduct investigations under the guidance of corporate legal counsel Communicate new, changing and existing policies and procedures, and ensure understanding, compliance, and adoption Perform other tasks as requested by leadership What You'll Have Bachelor’s degree in a related field business or 3 years’ in Human Resources function Experience influencing through persuasion using data, logic and example Forward thinking to understand big picture goals and what it takes to identify roadblocks and solutions Comfortable in being autonomous and working in ambiguity while accomplishing goals Work Environment This position is hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote/week Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Our Commitment to Opportunity
