Assists the Store Manager in all areas of daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination. Assists with merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, restocking, store cleaning, Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. Assists with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the store to drive sales. Helps manage cash and inventory levels according to company standards. Ensures the store complies with all company policies and operational guidelines. Achieves financial objectives by effectively controlling expenses. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service needs. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe, clean, and well-organized store. Supervises, mentors, and motivates a team of sales associates and/or installation technicians. Conducts regular meetings to communicate store goals, updates, and promotions. Provides ongoing training and development to enhance team performance and customer service skills. Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and accountability. Proven experience in a similar role in the retail sector. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to customer service. Understanding of Point of Sales systems. Understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques. Understanding of commission-based sales roles. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include holidays and weekends. Education/ Experience Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent job experience is a plus. 2 years of experience in sales. Travel Minimal travel is required. What does Leonard Offer?
