Pharmacovigilance Associate (Hybrid Remote) Cary, North Carolina (Local Candidates Only) $25/hour | Contract-to-Hire Where Patient Safety Meets Precision Step into a critical role at the intersection of healthcare and data integrity. As a Pharmacovigilance Associate, you’ll play a key part in monitoring and reporting adverse events—helping ensure patient safety and supporting life-changing therapies. Flexible Hybrid-to-Remote Opportunity Schedule Options: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST) Training Plan: 1 week onsite onboarding in Cary, NC 1 week in-person training with team lead Fully remote after training Must live within 60 miles of Cary, NC What You’ll Do Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint (PC) reports Perform detailed quality checks (QC) on clinical documentation Collaborate with clinicians to resolve reporting questions and discrepancies Identify and track missing reports to ensure compliance Prepare weekly/monthly reconciliation reports for biopharma clients Support audit processes and identify trends in safety reporting Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all reporting activities What You Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with Excel and computer systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fast and accurate data entry skills Preferred Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting Pharmacy Technician or healthcare-related background Oncology experience is a plus Why This Role Stands Out Entry into the growing field of pharmacovigilance & drug safety Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Hybrid flexibility with fully remote transition Collaborative, mission-driven work environment Direct impact on patient safety and healthcare quality Ready to Get Started?
