The Role This is a hands-on litigation position focused on high-volume, high-impact real estate matters. You won't just be researching; you will be managing files and gaining practical experience in: Assessment Recovery: Helping communities maintain financial health by recovering delinquent dues. Litigation & Execution: Securing money judgments and navigating judgment execution. Property Law: Handling foreclosures and complex real property disputes.
