Responsible for owning and managing a full life-cycle requisition workload, building a network of active and passive candidates, mastering use of recruitment tools and technologies, and conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments. Sources and recruits candidates by using social media, networks and employee referrals. Provides appropriate tracking and analysis of sourcing methods, as well as regular reporting of activity and results to management. Partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners and trains hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and processes. Screens and analyzes candidate resumes and job applications. Updates job descriptions and job specifications. Prepares and extends offers. Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports. Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices. Works with a large degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff. About You 2 - 3 years related experience. Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred: Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Behaviors: Possess the ability to manage multiple assignments.
