Provide strategic coordination and operational leadership across assigned facilities to ensure efficient workflow execution and alignment with institutional performance standards. Oversee and conduct facility inspections to identify custodial deficiencies, prioritize corrective actions, and maintain a safe, functional, and compliant environment. Manage the implementation of training programs focused on proficient operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures for custodial equipment and mechanical tools. Manage vendor and contractor performance for outsourced facility services including pest control, waste management, recycling, and snow removal ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service-level expectations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations. Develop and implement safety protocols and operating procedures to mitigate workplace risks and support a secure operational environment for personnel and facility occupants. This position is Actively Recruited and At Will Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required Five (5) years of custodial services, sanitation, maintenance, or directly related experience is required Three (3) years of prior supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, or environmental services is required Certification in OSHA Biohazard Safety Training is required Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required This position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
