A 12 month transition-to-practice program designed to provide new graduate nurses a comprehensive evidence-based curriculum to support new nurses to a competent level of practice. Ideal candidates will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in an accredited nursing program. Completion of a nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
