What we are looking for: - Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills - Must have excellent organizational and telephone skills - Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work effectively with others - Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision - Attend appropriate education seminars (in-house and outside facility) on a regularbasis - Knowledge of Microsoft basic word, excel and internet skills - Capable of reading, interpreting and writing English - Positive attitude towards the elderly - Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.
