Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce

We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. This role will lead requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder workshops, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support hands-on system configuration. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical foundation in Salesforce. Key Responsibilities:Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather and refine business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions. Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes and best practices. Perform hands-on configuration within Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards). Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Support testing, deployment, and user adoption activities. Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to overall delivery leadership. Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of relevant experience 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and customer experience ). Proven experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder). Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, or BA certification). Experience working in Agile environments. Exposure to integrations and APIs.
