You’ll be managing a staff of technical operations individuals responsible for assembling and testing state-of-the-art Microwave hardware. As VSS, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, and cultivating talented staff members in support of the F 35 platform. Monitoring performance across critical KPIs such as safety, security, quality, cost, and delivery to name a few.We are looking for a servant leader with a passion for mentoring employees and driving total ownership of their factory performance.
