As a Security Officer Lobby Access Coordinator in Burbank, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to manage access, greet visitors, monitor activity at the desk, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.65 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location. Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and support visitor management processes in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Document daily activity, incidents, and unusual conditions through written reports, logs, and/or electronic systems, helping to support continuity of operations. Answer phones, support front desk inquiries, and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points, deliveries, and visitor traffic. Minimum Requirements:Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
