Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location. Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and support visitor management processes in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Document daily activity, incidents, and unusual conditions through written reports, logs, and/or electronic systems, helping to support continuity of operations. Answer phones, support front desk inquiries, and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points, deliveries, and visitor traffic. Minimum Requirements:Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
