Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related observations to the appropriate contacts. Support daily operations at the location by communicating with site personnel, following posted instructions, and assisting with incident reporting, visitor processing, and/or shift handoff updates. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
