Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations. Support day-to-day site operations by preparing reports, noting maintenance or life system concerns, and assisting with security-related requests in accordance with post orders. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
