The AWS Infrastructure Services team is searching for a passionate and talented Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of data center position recovery and optimization across our global infrastructure. AWS is at the forefront of a rapidly changing industry, operating at a scale and complexity that has never been tackled before. It is responsible for managing complex, multi-variable programs that span networking, infrastructure, and regional business development teams. This role bridges project delivery teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders by driving execution plans and surfacing critical decisions at the right level. Key job responsibilities- Lead executive-level reporting on program health, delivering root-cause analysis and actionable insights that drive infrastructure optimization decisions- Pioneer scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions that transform how AWS manages its existing data center portfolio- Manage competing priorities across multiple programs, navigating dependencies, trade-offs, and critical path decisions to deliver site-level execution plans- Build program mechanisms that monitor and escalate against the health of infrastructure asset migration and retirement plans for critical projects- Unite cross-functional teams including project delivery, networking, infrastructure, and regional business development around a shared execution vision across multiple time zones. Basic Qualifications- 3 years of program or project management experience- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V - Look. Ups) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field. Preferred Qualifications- 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3 years of driving process improvements experience- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field.
