Oversee and manage ground-up construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards. Proactively manage project risks, solve problems, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed on-site. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and ensure the successful handoff of projects to operations. Senior Project Manager Key Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration among teams. Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
