Commercial Project Manager - Design-Build HVAC / Mechanical

Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall project execution - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal operations teams - Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation - Maintain working knowledge of project scope, specifications, contracts, and project requirements - Track project financials and maintain profitability goals - Support field operations and maintain communication with clients, G - Cs, and ownership teams - Ensure projects are executed in accordance with safety standards and company expectations Qualifications - 5 years of experience managing commercial mechanical/ HVAC construction projects - Experience with healthcare, education, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred - Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems, scheduling, and construction processes - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms preferred - Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities - 100% employer-paid medical insurance - 401(k) with company match - PTO and paid holidays - Stable project pipeline and long-term growth opportunity - Established contractor with strong employee retention and repeat business Related Titles: Mechanical Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager, MEP Project Manager, Mechanical Construction Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, HVAC Construction Manager, Mechanical PM How to Apply: Send your resume to anna.boyd@gogpac.com or apply directly to this posting.
