How you’ll make an impact in this role Directed daily staffing assignments and 24/7 departmental scheduling, optimizing clinician-to-patient ratios to ensure high-quality care delivery and operational continuity. Led the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of multidisciplinary staff; provided critical clinical input for talent acquisition and organizational development procedures. Orchestrated seamless collaboration across the healthcare team to streamline patient flow, ensuring effective intervention and the achievement of targeted clinical outcomes. Managed advanced diagnostic system performance, spearheading troubleshooting and quality control protocols to mitigate technical downtime and maintain diagnostic integrity. Executed comprehensive supply chain audits and workload-vs-stock analyses, implementing strategic adjustments to maintain peak departmental readiness and fiscal responsibility. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required:Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Cardiac-Intrvn Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Education:High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/ Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
